These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the app distributed by Jakeun ("the developer", "we") on Google Play as Igomoya: Picture Quiz for Kids and on the App Store as Igomoya: Picture Quiz, under the package name / bundle ID com.quizlab.imagesquizlab ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. How the App handles information is described separately in the Privacy Policy.

1. Service Overview

Igomoya is an educational picture-quiz app for young children and their parents. It helps children recognize and name everyday things across six categories: animals, fruits, flags, vehicles, dinosaurs, and musical instruments.

  • Quizzes work offline. All quiz data and images are bundled in the App
  • Quizzes are offered in several formats, including picture-to-name, name-to-picture, card matching, word puzzles, jigsaw, and close-up recognition
  • The App can pronounce answers using your device's built-in text-to-speech, so children who cannot yet read can follow along

2. Using the App

Eligibility

  • The App is available to users of all ages and is designed primarily for young children
  • Minors should use the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian

No account

  • The App does not require registration. There is no sign-up or sign-in of any kind
  • App data — including coins, streaks, collection progress, and settings — is stored locally on your device
  • Deleting the App removes this data. We cannot recover or transfer it

3. Coins

  • Coins are required to play quizzes in the App
  • Free coins are provided daily, with additional bonuses for consecutive daily use
  • Where available, additional coins can be earned by watching an optional advertisement
  • Coins cannot be purchased with money. They are obtained only through the free methods described above
  • Coins have no monetary value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between devices

4. In-App Purchases

The App currently offers no in-app purchases. There is nothing to buy, and no payment information is collected. If a paid option is introduced in a future version, the following will apply.

  • Purchases are processed by the store you downloaded the App from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) and charged to that store account
  • Prices may vary by region and exchange rates
  • Refunds follow the policy of the respective store. Request them via Google Play or reportaproblem.apple.com

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content in the App, including images, text, designs, and logos, is owned by the developer and protected by copyright law
  • You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes

The following are prohibited:

  • Copying, distributing, or modifying App content without permission
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
  • Using the App for commercial purposes
  • Interfering with the App's services or compromising system security

6. Advertising

  • The App shows advertisements provided through Google AdMob
  • Because the App is directed to children, ads are requested with child-directed treatment and limited to general-audience (G-rated) content
  • In regions that require consent, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, a consent form is shown first. You can change your choice anytime in Settings → Ad Privacy Settings
  • On iOS, the App asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency before any tracking identifier is used. Declining does not limit any App feature
  • Watching an optional rewarded ad can grant additional coins or in-app benefits such as retrying missed questions
  • Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads

7. Service Changes and Termination

  • We may change, add, or remove App features without prior notice
  • We may suspend or discontinue the App temporarily or permanently
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from service changes or interruption

8. Disclaimer

Service provided "as is"

  • The App is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App

AI-generated content

  • Some or all images in the App are created using artificial intelligence (AI)
  • These images are provided for educational and entertainment purposes and may not exactly match the appearance, color, or details of their real-world subjects
  • We do not guarantee the factual accuracy of AI-generated images, and they should not be relied upon for academic or professional purposes

Limitation of liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
  • We are not liable for damages caused by third-party services or advertisements

9. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date
  • Significant changes will be announced through an App update or an in-app notice
  • If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the App

10. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea
  • Disputes related to these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea
